Vegas Pool House | 4BR Near Strip & Fremont

An exceptional property ran by marvelous hosts. The property was very clean and well equipped. Communication was above and beyond and the hosts even had the home cooled down for our arrival. We'll definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Las Vegas.

We had an excellent experience in this VRBO. It was very clean and tons of convenient extras. Lots of towels, coffee pods etc Very close to the strip but in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was very relaxing and host was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again

We had an overall good stay. The home was very clean, and the host was exceptionally kind and responsive throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the plunge pool — it was a great feature, especially during the Vegas summer.A few things are worth knowing before booking. The property felt more dated in person than it appears in the photos. Also, the thermostat could not be set below 70 degrees. The host explained that the HVAC system couldn’t accommodate a lower setting during the extreme summer heat. If, like us, you prefer a cooler room for sleeping, this is something to be aware of, and we would have appreciated knowing that before booking.There were also a few minor maintenance/convenience items — some lights and outlets weren’t working, and we would have loved outlets near the bedside nightstands for charging phones. Overall, though, the property was clean, the pool was enjoyable, and the host was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with.

Great time with friends is always easier when you have a great place to have it.
